I had a very nice night's worth of sleep for once, omg. Work has been insane lately, with the single most stressful thing I have left to do before visiting my lovely wife (27 days, woo!) being a potential 2 day trial on Monday / Tuesday of next week. Were it to go ahead, I'm pretty confident we'd get smoked, would get dinged with huge costs, and would generally be a horrible experience. So all of my energies lately have been trained on trying to settle the matter, aided by the other lawyer making a formal offer to do so. Well, after a very stressful day, including one point where I thought we'd had it resolved but then it wasn't, it finally did get settled late Friday afternoon. We still have to appear in Court on Monday morning to read such into the record, so in theory it could be derailed, but at this point, if that happens? 100% not my fault and I'm not prepping for anything, so if my client throws things off the tracks then that's that, I won't lose any more sleep over it or feel bad about it.
After that I had a nice, long night of LOTROing it up. I got to chat on Vent with

believeitup for awhile before she took a nap, which was nice, while deeding on my little dwarf, and even got to make some jewelery for
onlyonechoice's new Hobbit burglar. :D Then we had a raid, which went smoothly for the scheduled part, but not at alllllll for the PUG-ish part at the end. We beat the final boss in the game's newest (for now!) raid, then brought in alts to do it again, only we had 4-5 non-kin members in the group, and after 3 tries or so we gave up on it. Then I think we... I can't remember. Did bounties, I believe, and by then most people had logged for the night, and while there was interest in doing some other stuff I ended up logging and reading for a bit while watching Jimmy Fallon (mainly because he had Elvis Costello on, much like Colbert did the night before, and he played a song with The Roots too!) before falling asleep.
I got up around 11:30 or so, not bad at all for a weekend for me, haha, and have been playing Assassin's Creed 2 ever since. It's pretty awesome, a little different from the first in that you don't regen all your health back, you have to visit doctors and pay for healing / buy pots. *grumble* Which also makes money a factor, another new feature, but you can pickpocket and find chests of it laying about, so it's not too, too bad. I'm getting into the good parts now, where you're actually starting out with the assassin part, and Leonardo DaVinci is your Q. XD Very cool so far!
Not much else to report, just so so so so SO glad that the major stress re: work has passed, you don't even know. Well, unless you're
believeitup. ;) But yes, glad that's passed, and while I still have a toooooooooon of crap to catch up on, some of which will be annoying / frustrating, it's nothing compared to what I was worried about before. So off I go to assassinate more people in Florence, 1476, before maybe making some food and medium armour on Caleb for the raid tonight /
